The Feeding of the Homeless of Chesterfield

The Feeding of the Homeless of Chesterfield on a Saturday night [5 till 6pm] is going well.  We meet with them on the streets rather than in a building.  However, to sustain this we need to increase the team, rather than wear out the few who are engaged in this ministry.  We would like to create a rota of workers.  If you feel that you could do this work, please speak to Andrea or myself in the first instance.  There is no risk involved and you will be part of a team.

Alternatively, you may feel that you could prepare food [i.e. sandwiches during the warmer months.  Hot food in January/February].  The food can be prepared at home or church and will be picked up prior to going on the streets of Chesterfield.  Again, please speak to Dave Newman or Andrea in the first instance, in order, for a rota to be organised.
